Neglected lifts become unreliable and malfunction. They disrupt normal day to day business operations and can be costly to repair. By maintaining lifts regularly, companies can avoid breakdowns.

Our planned preventative maintenance visits keep lifts in good working order and allow companies to concentrate on primary business activities. We employ over one hundred experienced lift service engineers who are stationed in close proximity to London. This enables them to serve local sites quickly and efficiently.

Operational Lift Service Contracts

We offer two types of lift service contract:

1. Comprehensive
2. Maintenance Only

All our lift service contracts include structured preventative maintenance routines. Our lift service engineers will regularly call at customer sites to perform checks and other housekeeping duties.

The first lift service visit typically includes a risk assessment, where engineers check components such as windcrest alarms, position indicators (on the car and landings), emergency alarms, car lights, ropes, sheaves, motor, gear box, and safety circuits.

Regular lift service activities include checking motor and gear box oil levels, cleaning gears, the top of the car, and pit, and checking brake operation.

Emergency Lift Service Call Outs

Our lift service engineers are available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. If breakdowns occur, lifts can be back in operation as soon as possible, minimising disruption to businesses.

Under comprehensive lift service contracts, call outs are free during normal office hours. They are chargeable outside these times. Under maintenance only lift service contracts, all emergency call outs are chargeable.

We offer a range of maintenance services to keep customers’ lifts in good working order. Our service engineers are well-trained, highly experienced, and carry a comprehensive range of spare parts. They are available for emergency callout should a breakdown occur and carry out lift repairs if necessary.

First Rate Customer Service
